Family and social group programs
Do you know a few families and friends or even colleagues who would like to do a marine ecology program? Sign up for one of our programs!
We have provided programs to sport groups, office retreats staying at nearby hotels, and friend groups from the city.
You and your friends can stay overnight in the historic Fort and learn about coastal wilidlife from experts.
Any of the program activities we provide in the Coastal Academy can be incorporated into your program.

Homeschool Programs
NEXT PROGRAM IN OCTOBER 2026 = INVERT ALERT: MOLE CRABS
Homeschool programs are run throughout the year. The programs we have at the moment include: Amazing Marine Mammals and Invert Alert! on intertidal invertebrates.
The target age of programs is upper elementary and middle school. If we have enough interested from younger and older students, we have have additional classes on the day.
Pricing*: Student = $50 ($10/hour), Adult = $10.
*Please let the instructor know in advance if you plan to leave early. Financial assistance is available
